Biscuit On The Move

So…it turns out that we are nowhere close to Myrtle Beach proper. We’re actually well to the north. I do remember passing through Myrtle Beach on the AICW and thinking, “look at those huge crowds!” So, we spent a quiet day at the marina catching up on sleep, route planning, boat chores, and expense tracking. We spent the afternoon visiting with Dave Scheetz, who came by for a visit. Dave and Rob were colleagues many years ago and knew each other through STLE.

Tomorrow we’re off to Southport, North Carolina and we plan to spend time with friends on Bald Head Island. Can’t wait to fill you in on the Cape Fear River. Until next time – sweet dreams!
