A lovely sky flower bush.
The Amelia Island Museum of History located in the old jailhouse.
The eight flags that have flown over Amelia Island.
Can you find all the bird houses in this tree?
Fossilized sharks teeth found on Amelia Island. These are real beauties!
Beautiful home in the Historic District.
Another beauty.

I wish our post office in Seabrook was this elegant…
We capped off our visit with a lovely dinner at España. Highly recommended!

Today we explored Fernandina Beach, a lovely seaside town on Amelia Island. The marina was close by and the city was very walkable. The quirky History Museum provided a time capsule of Amelia Island’s past. Fernandina Beach has managed to morph into a small, quaint seaside village with lots of great views, cute shops, and great eats.

Tomorrow we have a short run to Jekyll Island, and soon after we’ll be in Savannah, Georgia. Until next time – sweet dreams!
