Day 75 (7/5/26) – Layover in Daytona Beach

I was a little worried about the weather on July 4th, but fortunately the worst part missed us.
A lovely rainbow from the dock after the storm!
The lovely Halifax River Yacht Club. We stayed here for 3 nights as reciprocal members. We really enjoyed our visit and met a lot of friendly boaters.
Our current stats! Looks like we got lost in Louisiana…😂
We toured the Daytona International Speedway today and were very impressed by the venue.
The Rolex Arch.
Victory Lane.
There were several race cars doing laps as part of the Driving Experience package.
It was fun to see and hear the cars go by during the tour.

We had a great stay in Daytona Beach! We’re off to St. Augustine early tomorrow morning. Until next time – sweet dreams!
