Day 67 (6/27/26) – Palm Harbor Marina to Vero Beach City Marina

Our new Bluetooth headsets, also known as “marriage savers”. Docking is the hardest part of my day on the water.

This is what happens when you don’t stay in the channel…there’s skinny water everywhere. We put Aqua Map to very good use today.

Today’s highlights included lots of weekend boat traffic, skinny water, and crossing 3 very busy Atlantic Ocean inlets – Jupiter, Port St. Lucie, and Ft. Pierce. We got an early start and covered a little over 70 miles. The heat is pretty intense when the wind doesn’t blow and when we’re docking. We’re safely docked in Vero Beach for the next couple of days.
