Follow our travel adventures aboard M/V Biscuit, a 1989 42 Grand Banks Classic Trawler, Hull #1081.

Day 59 (6/20/26) – Plantation Yacht Harbor Marina to Anchorage Resort (Key Largo)

Dolphins all day long! They hear the engines and come scurrying over.
We navigated several narrow, well marked channels today. Weekend boat traffic was very heavy, but everyone behaved.
It’s super hot, but the bimini cover on the fly bridge helps tremendously. So does the breeze!
Love love love the waters here!

A short cruise today in the Upper Keys through beautiful mangrove forests. Weekend boat traffic was very heavy all day, but for the most part everyone was well behaved. The ICW was well marked and we used previous tracks provided by good friends Tim and Patricia. We’re safely anchored in the ICW for the night at Anchorage Resort. Off to Key Biscayne tomorrow. Until then – sweet dreams!
