Another great cruising day! A bit chilly and windy, but sunny with good visibility. There are tons of barges in this section of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), so we were able to interact with many captains along the way. We also sighted our first bald eagles!
Our first anchorage is quite scenic, in spite of being surrounded by refineries and chemical plants. Tomorrow’s destination – Lake Charles! We plan to arrive in New Orleans in a week or so.
